We hereby inform you that pursuant to Order No. BG-3-09/426 of July 28, 2003 of the RF Ministry of Taxes and Imposts, Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. was assigned a unique identification taxpayer's number (INN) in the RF. Thus INN of the Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. branch office (Branch Office) changed from 6500010551 to 9909005806. Former INN 6500010551 shall be void from October 15, 2004. The code for reason for tax registration of the Branch Office shall remain without change, i.e. KPP 650151001.
